I am doing a business project for school, and l was wondering, how much would it usually cost to buy an old building, in a strip, or an old fast food restaurant or something? A real fixer-upper.

My town has a quaint little downtown area - you know, all the old buildings squashed together? There was an old 4-story hotel on a corner that was on the market for several years, and someone finally just bought it for $100,000. Not a bad deal, in my book!
