If the owner of a condo lives in a different area, how would he/she notice if l have my girlfriend as my roommate? Has any one got any experience like this?
is it OK just call her and let her know or should l sign a new agreement?
l am just trying to avoid talking to her since she is a rude and violent lady! l still remember how she reacted when l complaintabout the house not being clean when she gave the keys to me on the first day.

its not against the law to have a room mate, people live their lives. We are only human

Why not be honest with him and tell him? As an owner l can tell you that l hate sneaky tenants. It is sad that you should even be thinking of breaking your agreement.

Clothing,perfume and makeup.

he will notice it when he sees both of you together time and time again. also when he sees that roommate enters your apartment

Well, she probably has her own car & you're probably supposed to only have one car.and he keeps all the licenses on file.

People will see u have someone else coming & going; & somebody may be a close friend of the owner who could report it.

A pool, a laundry room, a workout room.a public area that she may not be recognized at r all areas for her to be questioned at.

It is up to you, but if u have nosy neighbors, it could spell trouble. If everything is quiet & secluded, then play it out & see how it goes. If he says something to you, then play it off & say you've been meaning to call him to tell him about her.
