Hi Guys, l am currently living in Surrey, BC. l bought a townhouse in January this year. Although, l have been paying a regular payments towards my mortgage, and my income is steady, l tend to think about future. With the speculations rife about lowering house prices and economy slow-down, l am now repenting my decision to buy this townhouse. With so many houses already put in the market, l am also coining with the idea to list my house. Just in a fear about housing burst happen in few more months.

My question is, if l am already paying my mortgage without any difficulty and in a steady job - what should l do? Is there a trouble in a foreseeable future for me? l am worried a lot.

Sell your house and lose a ton of cash or weather the storm, hold on to your home and wait for the prices to recover.

Markets sink and rise, it is a fact of life.

The ups & downs in housing will come & go- If you are comfortable, with your payments, this is your home that you like, Why should U care what happens to the market? Did you buy it as an investment? If No then just stay PUT -Many like you get carried away just because the economy is shaky- That is how things will be every few years-Do not fret

We are all asking ourselves this question. l think we just hang on and see what is on the other side of the ''crisis''. It may be a real estate boom and we will all be rich. And we own our homes which is nice..
