yes, but subject to the same criteria as anyone else. You have to be able to prove that you can afford the payments. Show proof of income and proof that you will continue to receive that income for years to come. Plus you will need a down payment.

Whether or not you are a student really does not matter. But most of the time if you are a student it means you do not have time to work to earn enough money to make the payments.
