Save your time and put a decent ad in the phone book, that will bring more business then annoying people.

Check county tax records. They have the current addresses and owners names to send tax statements to, and the addresses and names are public information.

Also, my city requires every person renting out a space or property to be licensed. You can get a copy from city hall. License information is public information.
