like getting attention , for ads and marketing ideas??

Get really drunk with your friends & you can come up with the most creative ideas EVER! - just do not forget to write them down! lol

Hate to break this to you, but there r really very few original creative ideas in advertising & marketing. Designers & marketers keep what they call ''swipe books,'' consisting of good ideas or marketing materials done by others that they can modify or adapt as appropriate.

So, first of all, u have to be open & alert to creative marketing ideas. Pay attention to everything u see. Keep copies. Figure out how u might use something similar for whatever you're promoting.

Second--and l hate to break this to you--some of the most effective ads & marketing materials r not new. Some r not even creative. The only thing is: They work. For example, find a product or service similar to one u want to promote. Let is say it is widgets. Go back a year or a couple of years. Look at back issues of newspapers or magazines. Or cached versions of websites. See what was being advertised then, & how. Then look at today is versions. Which of those ads r still being used? If there is consistency, that tells u that the ad (or marketing item) is effective enough that whoever developed it is making enough money from it to keep running it.

So, the two points here are: (1) Pay close attention to what others r doing, & (2) Pay attention to what has consistently worked for others. Often, the creative part of the equation comes from u taking what others have done, then modifying them as appropriate for ur product or service.
