l still have to pay for internet access and cable and what not right? and what other things?

l think you have pay deposit when you move in,then you pay just for utilities-like electricity and monthly rent.

cable, internet, water, gas, electric, phone

As far as utilities:

Electric
Gas: if you have it
Trash (if the apartment doesnt cover it)
Phone
cable/internet
Water (if the apartment doesnt cover it)

When you sign your lease, the lease will state which utilities it covers and what it doesnt cover. Most apartment complexes cover water/trash but some dont.

To answer ur last question, yes, u will have to pay a seperate bill for internet/cabe access. You will also have to pay electricity seperate. Then it depends on the complex, but u might have to pay water/sewage/garbage (they usually pay that for u though.)

As for the price of an apartment with all of those amenities, it does matter where u live, but for a one bedroom it would look like $650-700 for a two bedroom, probably around $750-800 a month.
And one other thing, in order to get everything on ur list, u might want to look into condos, they r a little more expensive, but will be more likely to have things like the wood floors, & garbage disposal, & microwave!
