l wa not to move out do you reckon i will be able to study english, art and design and another 2 options and be able to get a job that will pay rent for a room or somthing?

You have to be 18 to sign a contract in the U.S. (i.e. a lease or rental agreement). Your parents could sign one for you and you could pay them, but you're going to have an awfully hard time studying all that and working enough hours to rent a place at the same time.

l very much doubt you will afford it, even if it is a room.

l was going to say the same as the person above, she is correct you must be 18 so your parents will have to sign the lease for you, that is IF the landlord will even permit you to live there alone

You are too young to have your own place really. You may be able to get a house share (i.e. a room) or maybe lodgings but you cant sign a lease at 16.

You will need a deposit and most likely a guarantor in case you default on the rent.Then theres all the household bills ie electric and food.
Start saving now and when your 18 ,look for a flat/house share.

The only way to get a room would be to contact social services who will put you in supervised accommodation.
