In Michigan, real estate professionals r required to work for the home seller (in this case the bank) unless under a Buyer is Agency Agreement. l suggest that u contact a real estate professional & sign a buyers agency agreement. (this can be anyone other than the agent listing the home.)
According to Oakland County Public Records, the home was assessed at $111,330.00 in 2008. The assessed value is approximately half the homes value (minus any damages not known about the home).
l suggest carefully reviewing the corporate addendums provided. They will favor the bank & may require u paying ALL fees.
