Wow, l am sorry. Yeah, in the US 30 days, then a ten day notice and an order to appear in court, then a week, then 48 hours to come up with the money and then its the pavement. Unless there are laws where you are like there are in Maine where if it is after the first of October there is nothing legal they can do until spring. Good luck.
